You will need mplayer, conky, curl and yad installed.
Yradio is the more current app and be downloaded here: http://murga-linux.com/puppy/viewtopic.php?p=1014512#1014512 best version is the zipped one.........
https://github.com/fredx181/yradio/archive/master.zip - unzip and run from folder it uses mplayer and ffmpeg to play internet radio streams.

Tell us more about these Darry. Why should we listen using these apps instead of Spotify or something else? Why do you like these and why should I install one or more of them?

They are not a replacement for spotify - they are a bookmarking system for listening to internet radio - example I listen to BBC Radio stations and old time radio such as Have Gun Will Travel or Sci-Fi from 1950's and 1960's rather than just stream music.

Thanks, darry1966.
If I may make and addendum to your Radio Players --
Poor Mans Radio Player
bash-based and comes with antiX-base. Just music, however.

Thanks I check that out. I should point out that that radio and dictation allow you to record the radio streams if you have steamripper installed. Radio requires but will run without xdotool. radio allows you once you have updated database to search categories such as old time radio classical etc.
