Installing kde

According to the opinions out here i did tried to download and install KDE on my system but no matter from what source i download the file..when i click on the application extension it says file doesn't exists..why is this thing happening..does anyone have any idea about this.
 


What distro are you using? KDE can usually be installed via the package manager like synaptic, or you can use the command-line. Most likely, your system does not have an application to decompress the downloaded file.
 
The OP has posted nothing but 21 barely comprehensible pieces of generic gobbledegook - probably a spammer.
