Installing Debian without GUI

  1. in search of a way to install Debian without GUI and not being a web server. any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i love DSL, BlackBox and Red-Hat, Distro would be installed on 80gig hd ,1gig ram, 1.6 cpu

    This is what I do REGARDLESS of how I want to implement a particular setup of Debian. This is because I want to be in control of what packages are installed.
