I try to update my Ubuntu Mate version and I keep getting this message (n00b question)

I used the terminal to try and update my Ubuntu Mate but I keep getting the same error message:

first you have some third party repositories listed, So I would first disable each of them for now and try the update for now.
If still does not work let us know.
