... how can I edit the titles and artists and album names of CDs I have uploaded, as the Edit function doesn't seem to allow me too and nor does clicking and holding where it says "Untitled", as would be possible on Windows Media Player?

You should be able to right-click on a song, for example, and select Properties which will open a window where titles, genres, artists, etc can be changed.

    Thanks RyanVade,

You are a very helpful member of staff.

That works on most of the songs I have recorded, just not on the ones that have uploaded as .wav files.

I don't know what I've done differently for them to come out as .wav files, but I think I can live with it!

oh that is a different story. I'm not sure if Rhythmbox can actually modify WAV files. (you run into M$ issues..)
Your on Ubuntu right? This may help with that:
