I included a enerated report from system information.

my boot time is very slow more than 2 min(i think)
After booting all the icons and menu appears very slow.
when i open up file manager i takes time to open.
when opening any application i have to wait 10-15 sec before it pops up.
I cannot watch videos in youtube.(not because of buffering but browser freezes)i tried in firefox, chromium(which i cannot remove for unknown reason, palemoon(only browser that plays for 2 min)
I cannot surf online without getting app freeze message only after opening 1-5 pages
In terminal htop while browsing it shows cpu 1 and 2 100% and memory 900 to 1.2 gb out of 2 gb.
i couldnt use VScode so i had to use sublime text and thonny.

why is my system so slow ? is my system requirement incapable of handeling linux lite 5.4 64bit.
i didnt know what file to provide so i provided generated report from system information, if it is not enough plaese ask for more.
perviously i used windows 8.1 32bit it was also laggy but i could watch youtube videos.

found this....

the RTL810xE ethernet card. may not be working properly because you have the r8169 installed, which works fine for the RTL8111/8168/8411 ethernet card, but not the RTL810xE.

what does that mean and i donot to recall downloading that. Now, do i have to download new RTL810xE. ethernet card / driver. is my system slow because of this mistake?

no you didn't download it it is the driver that automatically down loads for realteck, I will have a look round and see if i can find you more information

when you installed your OS did you say yes to installing additional or non free drivers? if not open the menu on all applications look for additional drivers , click on and let it run [may take a few mins. ] and see if it finds a better driver itself

No additional drivers are found.
I exactly donot remember if there was a prompt during first startup to install driver. But i didnt install driver when i was greeted first time by welcome lite application.

Let see. Linux Lite requires around 1GB RAM. Based on your attachment, your RAM is around 2GB and you are using more than 50% of your RAM. Run this command to find out what processes that make boot slow.
sudo systemd-analyze blame
Then, post your results here.
Otherwise, you might need to switch your distro. The ones I've tried before are Q4OS (the lightest), AntiX and Xubuntu.
Adding your RAM could improve the result too.

Good morning, having taken a look at your spec. I estimate your box to be around 14 years old [this is not a problem] it only has 2gb of ram, although Most versions of linux will run on this an increase to 4gb would not go amiss ,

With a slow CPU and 2GB of RAM, don't expect too much. I have Linux Lite running on my 9 yr old Laptop but it has 4GB of Ram 64bit and a i5 CPU 2.5GHz, runs quite fast...much faster than windoze 7 it came with. :)

will the addition of 2 gb more ram mitigate all problems that i am having?
and no i have no idea which to try i installed this distribution as per suggestion from friend.
is there even any thing that can run in this system smoothly if yes then can you suggest some.

can you recommend something that can work relatively smoothly and is relatively easy to operate.

something that can work relatively smoothly
puppy ,Peppermint, Q4, lubuntu, linux lite, Mx, bohdi, antix & zorin
Puppy and Q4 are both very light distributions [and so a little basic in their operation] the rest are light to medium..my personal preferences are MX and Peppermint but they all can work well, I usually suggest you run several different distributions live, as some will run smother than others , depending on the machine your using, also you will get a good idea if you like the desktop environment.
