How to go back to grub from windows boot menu

Hello

Yesterday I have changed the linux mint grub menu to windows boot menu using "easy bcd" and but now it takes two more steps to boot to linux .Now I want to go back to the old grub menu how to do that

from this :

Do you have a Timeshift snapshot that you can restore to?

Just in case there's some confusion, I'll toss this into the mix:

Last I knew, Mint still showed Ubuntu on that screen. I just checked the lazy way and this is "Linux Mint":

Another reason I don't use Grub Customizer, it's 2007 and it's past its shelf life, and diabolically useless for multibooters. If you use it be sure you have a Timeshift snapshot first, because it is tenacious in leaving vestiges of itself on your system.

But on closer inspection I see that the OP has borrowed from It's FOSS, so the output of

would be useful.

okay, its not an actual picture its a random picture from internet I posted to get the idea .
 
And its not my laptop its my friends I am trying to help him and he didnt sent me any pictures of the problem . Hope you guy's understand
