How to enable ssl_mod in rhel 8 with out internet connection

We have an isolated (no internet connection) RHEL8 system with existing httpd service running. Now we want to add ssl_mod to the apache server

Note : we don't have additional RHEL8 system

Install virtual system(on your desktop or somewhere else) with RHEL8 that does have internet access, then use yumdownloader to download "mod_ssl" and it's dependencies so that you can then copy over the rpm files to the isolated system.
