How i solve this installation error ? [ kali installation]

First of all Kali is not designed for new Linux Users. See here:
Second, this error often occurs when your not connected to the internet or file can not be read off the usb stick.
My suggestion is you try to install a more main stream Linux Distro while you learn Linux and Then return to Kali if you want. But everything you can do with Kali can be done with other distros, You just have to install the right tools.

If indeed you need to install kali for your college project rather than a more suitable distro for a "newbie" as suggested in post #2 by @kc1di , then you might consider the validity of the installation media you are using.
It's useful to be able to discount a bad install medium for this sort of failure to install, so it's best to use the kali verification process to check the download. See here:

When you download an image, be sure to download the SHA256SUMS and SHA256SUMS.gpg files that are next to the downloaded image (i.e. in the same directory on the Kali Linux Download Server). Before verifying the checksums of the image, you must ensure that the SHA256SUMS file is the one generated...

To my way of thinking, if this IS a "college project" - which I have my doubts about! - it shows a complete lack of understanding on the part of the tutors. It shows that even they have no idea what Kali is really about, OR how it's meant to be used.
It's amazing how many Kali "college projects" there have been over the last year or so! (Perhaps I'm just getting cynical in my dotage...but it sounds good, doesn't it? "I've been handed this difficult assignment by a college tutor. Won't anyone take pity on me and help me with it?")

The other thing is your trying to install in a VB . VB does not always have internet access via the host machine so make sure you have internet access first. If this is a net install image you will have to have access to the internet.
