Hello or good evening
I have a remote machine which has a very good unlimited internet connection and a local machine which does not have or which has a very poor, extremely limited connection. Please, How can I use my remote machine's connection on my local machine? I have already tried ssh (proxy socks, tunneling and reverse tunneling) and openvpn even how I don't understand openvpn well

You post doesn't say what you want to do really,
Ethernet or wifi?

For web browsing? For downloading files? For email?

Can you ping the other computer? Do you have good connection to it?
Does the other computer have two network interfaces?

simple solution. purchase a wifi router $60 and plug your good internet into it. Configure it and plug or connect wifi both computers to the new router. POOF... you have good internet on both systems. By the way you can cancel all other internet and save some money.
