How do I create alternate store to Apple Store, and Windows 10 Store?

Hi my name is Brian, and I'm a founder of new OS. And I'm competing with Apple, and Microsoft. Sorta. So that pretty much says it.

I'm trying to create alternate to all platforms to those different powerful OS. Can anyone help? How are they devised specifically? What software? List all please.
