There are tons of free Linux software. If you pay for non-free software, nothing wrong will happen, you'll be contributing. If you can't pay, run the cost free versions

If you're asking this, you need to do some research about Linux distros as you have no reason to need/use Red Hat...

I would look into extracting the package from Oracle. I don't know exactly what you're doing or if it will work but Oracle is Redhat without the Redhat name. Perhaps rebuild with Oracle if you're so set on running Redhat for free.
