Maybe you can fix this by giving us some more information.
If clearly says "Requires Restart". Did you try that?
It clearly says "The following packages have unmet dependencies". But it does nor list any packages. Did you try clicking on the X to see what happens?
Otherwise, what distro? Make and model of computer, or basic specs? What did you do to get that?

Also when creating a topic have a subject that actually gives a short description of what the problem is. Most people tend to read the subject of a post and if that doesn't catch their interest because of lack of information they will probably assume the content of the topic will lack information as well and not reply to it.
