I'm new to Linux, as in I had signed up 2 minutes ago. And I was told to go here to open blender, but I wasn't instructed on how to do so. Does anybody know?

I don't understand this. You signed up to this site 2 minutes ago? Have you actually installed Linux? Do you have Blender installed?

Hello @J_ForMyCat42x,
Welcome to Linux.org Forums.

We need to know a little more than you have provided. Which distro are you using? You would have to install blender from that distro's repositories.
Blender is an integrated 3d suite for modelling, animation, rendering,
post-production, interactive creation and playback (games). Blender has its
own particular user interface, which is implemented entirely in OpenGL and
designed with speed in mind. Python bindings are available for scripting;
import/export features for popular file formats like 3D Studio and Wavefront
Obj are implemented as scripts by the community. Stills, animations, models
for games or other third party engines and interactive content in the form of
a standalone binary are common products of Blender use.
You can learn more about it from their Document page found here.

In any event let us know what your trying to do?

I should also mention that we're just a forum with a handy domain name. We're not affiliated with the kernel, nor any open source software really. While we will try to help, we're not actually the people behind Blender or even behind Linux (at least as a whole.)
