I have tried with "", ive removed the password then copied and paste it in still no joy. The details are correct as had successful login with winrm metasploit. Any help would be appreciated. Its "4dD!5" that is translating.

Try single quotes: ' ' What does the help of psexec.py show?
I've tried single quotes, even when just typing into terminal just by its self it gives the same translation.
What's the exact error you are getting?
