GNOME 3 "Folders"

I have a question for anyone who uses GNOME 3...(it's in Ubuntu Gnome)
I've created folders like the Utilities and Sundry one for other applications (Like Office, Internet, Graphics) to kind of reduce the clutter by going to DCONF-ORG-GNOME-SHELL-APP FOLDER CATEGORIES and I am trying to put one in for Sound & Video but it's not taking it. Racking our brains and thoughts together, can anyone figure what could be causing this when others seemed to have worked? I appreciate it.

Just noticed nobody has tried to answer this question.
I'm not a Gnome3 user, I jumped ship when Gnome2 got canned! Hopefully somebody else will pick this up and chip in!

Thanks guy for the replies. I did more research and found the answer. You must add the folder names that they list and it groups them all in folders. MUCH MUCH easier!!
