Get access to LAN accessible only web page of a public website using Raspbian on Raspberry Pi

I'm new to the networking stuff. So my university has a public website which is www.pucit.edu.pk. There is a web page on this website (online.pucit.edu.pk) for students to login and check their grades and attendance. But that web page can be accessed on university's network only but I want to access my student account from home instead and I am sure that I can do that using a raspberry pi lying in the campus. But I don't know how. I have access to the campus wifi which means that my PI will be connected to internet as well as it will have access to that private webpage. So if anybody could help me.

you can put your pi and your home computer in a vpn and acces via ssh or vnc to your pi. Logged in at the pi you can use your standard browser to access the website.
