Flickering boot splash screen

Hye, i am still new in Linux. I just install Kubuntu on my netbooks. on the boot splash screen its always flickering. sometimes it takes a long time to boot into the OS. is hard for me to open the OS. can anyone help me to solve this problem? i am very mad when its also takes a long time in the bios. the bios is hardly to load the Kubuntu. i installed the lite version of Kubuntu. the iso only sizes in 600mb++.

Here is the specifications of my netbook :-

Axioo Pico PJM M1110
Proc: Intel Atom @ 1333MHz
Ram: 1GB ddr3
Harddisk: 250GB
LCD: 10 inch
Original OS: Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit
GPU : GMA 3150

1 Gb ram....ouch. Okay, so lets look at some other issues. The Intel graphics drivers have been in high development recently..probably because of the Ultrabook craze. Maybe upgrading the graphics drivers will help. I use the Intel Graphics driver instaler on my laptop. Using the NEWEST drivers is usually a good fix. So, to get the newest Intel drivers:

wget --no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg -O - | \ sudo apt-key add -

wget --no-check-certificate https://download.01.org/gfx/RPM-GPG-KEY-ilg-2 -O - | \
sudo apt-key add -
Then download and install the installer from this site:
https://01.org/linuxgraphics/downloads/2013/intelr-linux-graphics-installer-version-1.0.2
