Its system is very slow like old mobiles.

Am I understanding this correctly?
You have a TV which has a very slow operating system on it? And you want to know if it can somehow be sped-up, or improved?
If so, then sadly - I think the very short answer is "no". As far as I know, the operating systems on all TVs (smart or otherwise) are proprietary, closed source software. Also TV manufacturers don't generally provide the facilities to allow you to do anything with the OS, let alone modify or replace it. So other than doing a factory reset on your TV, to reset all of the settings back to their factory defaults - your only other option would be to buy a new TV! :/
Also, if you want help with a TV, this isn't really the right community for that. But if you have any problems running Linux on your computer, or tablet then you are definitely in the right place!
