The vpn must act as a 'magnet" !!!.....either that or surfshark makes you the product...

Yeh -- makes me wonder about other VPNs and how they test out!

I think you'll find that means not as many people have Surfshark - making your computer more easily identified/more unique.

That's my understanding from reading about Panopticon.
