Hi, I config the FTP on a VPS using the following tutorial

But when I try to create a file, I got the error:
“553 Could not create file.”
This error happens if I try to create a file inside the ftp folder using filezilla or if I try a file from my pc to the ftp folder.
How can I fix this?
ps: If I try to transfer a file from the ftp folder to my pc, everything runs fine.
