Hello all
I am from an electrical/electronics background and really just want to learn about linux from an embedded point of view.
I am starting from a limited knowledge base when it comes to linux, although I have experience in micro controllers and software, coding in C and C++.
I thought I would come here to learn about Linux on PC's and then move over to embedded system (SoCs) later, such as the beagle bone, is that a good plan?
Or am I wasting my time, should I go straight to the beaglebone?
I really need to start from the bottom up, at the moment its a bit overwhelming
thanks
