Dual problem

Hello, I am new using Linux. The one that I have is Ubuntu 20.04 and for some ason when I choose Ubuntu from the laucher it is not starting. What can I do? Thank you in advance

More information please, how have you installed your Ubuntu [clean solo, dual boot with windows/mac], to the main hard-drive or a secondary one, what application did you use to burn your installation pen-drive, sorry for the questions but we need to see as bigger picture of your problem as we can

Hello, the application I used was Startup disk creator.
