After installing Windows 10 on one hard drive and Linux Mint on a separate hard drive on my desktop computer and updating the grub file the Windows 10 Operating System doesn't appear on the grub install option menu. The Gparted program recognizes both Windows 10 and Linux Mint Systems. I suspect the problem has something to do with the UEFI / BIOS configurations but I'm not sure how to correct the problem. Any help would be appreciated grubcapture.pnglinuxmint.pngwindows10.png

I'm confused by your use of the word install when you say 'doesn't appear on the grub install option menu'. Are you saying when you reboot the computer, with no USB plugged in, that you don't see Windows as an option in the grub menu? Do you see the grub menu at all during reboots? If not, hold the shift button down when rebooting, this should force the menu to show. Is Windows listed in the menu?

Try fEFind and let us know how it does

Thanks for your prompt reply. When I reboot the computer without a USB plugged in I don't see Windows as an option in the grub menu. I do see the Linux Option. No windows is not listed in the menu.

Checkout this site, https://technastic.com/edit-repair-grub-boot-menu/. I've used it a number of times to repair Grub. You'll need to boot to a live usb drive and install the software on it, then run it from the usb drive. The software install will be wiped out when you reboot so if you ever need it again, you'll have to redownload and install.

Thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded and ran the Grub repair tool but was unsure if RAID is on the computer. I tried several different options but with no success. Maybe the attached log files will shed some light on what I'm doing wrong.

/var/log/boot-repair/20200504_140400
/var/log/boot-repair/20200504_141450

They might! But unfortunately the 'attachments' don't link to anything :\
