Dual Booting

Trying to dual boot a Windows 10 ASUS ROG laptop with Linux Mint 18.2. I have a bootable USB drive , when booting off the USB drive I’m hung up at the attached screen and can go no further. I’ve disabled secure boot in the bios. Linux USB was created with Rufus. Any help greatly appreciated.
