Dovecot + web/file server

Hi all.

i would like build new linux server, with good performance.
Daily use:
15 000 emails per 30 minutes (maximum peak)
webdownload
file server upload/download 64GB

operating system debian 7.2

(it will test server)

a need known recomanded HW requirements,

CPU, RAM, SSD or RPM

my idea:
8GB RAM
1TB rpm sata3 hdd
CPU on board - mother board
GA-C1037UN-EU

Besides lots of ram and processing power, you may want to put some money towards decent networking cards. Gigabyte speeds at least.

Yes we will have gigabyte network, my limit is arround 400 euro per server,
my requirements cpu with max 35W, size of mother board - mITX

i3-4130T (2.9GH z, 2 cores and 4 threads, )
8GB ram
1TB rpm sata3
NIC 1Gbps

i think this is more powerfull version but, is enought for this type server? (recomanded hardware)
