and rolling bleeding edge https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/?O=0&SeB=nd&K=eclipse&outdated=&SB=n&SO=a&PP=50&do_Search=Go they both have Eclipse.
So its more a case of finding a distro that you find comfortable with and then just install whats required.
probably the OP has java 8 on their eclipse ; but what they really are requesting (i guess) is cam i/we get latest eclipse with latest Java (what ever that is ) on Linux ?Finding a distro with Java 8 will be the problem. Even Debian Bullseye only has 11-17 and postgresql-13.
