distro for older dell laptop

I recently posted about trying to get LMMS to work on my old Windows XP laptop. I have decided to wipe the xp and install a Linux distro. I may put it online (not a must, but a maybe), but my main goal is colaborating (music/recording) with people with older systems, and I want to test things I do with my 64 box on a 32 box.
Here's my question. What would be my best distro for this system:

Intel Pentium 2 processor
366MHz, 128 MB RAM
Dell 32 bit laptop.

I was able to run Puppy Linux on my old HP 433 MHz CPU, 256 MB RAM, and an 80 GB hard drive. But only 128 MB of RAM... Wow.

thankx alug. Do you know if the os can be installed from an 8 gig stick drive (usb drive) or do i have to burn a cd?

Any distro can be loaded on a flash drive.
