Welcome to forums!my mouse dont work for like 6 minutes when i start the laptop
thank you.Welcome to forums!
Does the problem disappear if you disconnect your mouse from USB?
If yes, then I'd suggest to either connect it to another USB port or, if not working, try another mouse.
That's likely the issue, so hard power reset should fix it in addition to disabling fast boot."Port unable to enumerate"
This is a moderately common error, manifesting itself in multi boot installations with Windows 10/11, and is usually cause by failure to disable windows quick-start [fast-boot] before installing Linux.
But i don't use windows and i never has this problem before, and i think is a hardware problem, cause bios its laging, and the mouse and touchpad don't work in bios. My laptop its taking too much to start, but when it finnaly get in my linux and wait about 6 minutes the performance r good, just like it was before. That's likely the issue, so hard power reset should fix it in addition to disabling fast boot.
Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed)
this could be a possibility, soi never has this problem before, and i think is a hardware problem,
i checked my memory, and suddenly my ssd stopped to being recognized, i removed it, but the problem persistthis could be a possibility, so
do you still have the pen-drive you installed your linux distribution from? if so run it "live" in test mode and check if everything is working as you expect,
If it runs ok in test mode then first suspect is the HDD/SSD run a full integrity check.
