Why does it matter ?
It is obviously some nondescript, insignificant crap from the deepest depths of the Internet....somewhere the turds are usually kept.
The fact that it mentions Windows is enough to keep most good people away from it
The fact that it shows 2012, and includes oracle etc means it is horribly out of date.
You surely have something better to waste our time with.
