Some weeks ago I wanted to use my debian installation on my newer labtop. Then I’ve seen that my wifi didn’t work soI installed the packet firmware-iwlwifi now the Wifi works, but now I have a nother problem: When I play Minecraft on servers I am sometimes kicked from servers because of "timeout" or "Zeitüberschreitung".
I also have problems with slither.io: I’m often kicked from this server too.
An Informatic teacher on my school told me that the drivers (firmware-iwlwifi) could be the Problem.
So how can I fix this?

but why this problems with minecraft?

Maybe your server is too far ? maybe it's not a linux problem but a connectivity problem

but I don’t wave this ptoblems with Ubuntu.
And the server is near Hamburg and I live in Hamburg.

and all this just happens on my new computer
my older one doesn’t have problems

Are you using the same network with both the older and the newer laptop ?

I also have sometimes conectivity problems to other websides.

Have you checked the amount of RAM you have and if it is working?
