Hello, im running a debian server and i would like to be able to schedule a wake on lan packet to be sent from that server to wake a nother pc at a certain time that i select i cant find any documentation of this so please help.
With Debian, you can install etherwake.

If you have Synaptic Package Manager installed you can get etherwake through the search function and install it that way or
