Hi all,
You have heard me rabble on about this little known Debian Live based distro made to act like Puppy.
Well here is some info: https://debiandog.github.io/doglinux/
Basically it is based on Debian Live and can convert .pets from Puppy and it can be installed Frugally in folders on your hard drive and use grub4dos or a bootloader of your choice. There is a frugal installer or a Full Installer like Puppy.
It is excellent on old machines as well - so if your not into Puppy this may be a better choice. Synaptic is the package manager and installing .deb packages and .pets is very easy. There is also Ubuntu based versions as well.
