now i can't see all of my tabs

how to fix

linux is a daily nightmare to use

the point of this post was to warn everyone about how bad linux is. i'm not trying to get help (i've asked for help in the past and have gotten bad advice - see my other post and see how i got bad advice)

so i'm the bad guy because i stopped asking for bad advice?

so i'm the bad guy because i'm protecting everyone on this forum by letting them know of errors in updates? (every linux update has an error so stop doing them)

What evidence do you have to support that Linux is bad?

And what is your definition of bad, exactly when it comes to Linux?

I think this post is enough to show this person is a troll. looking to cause trouble. can we kick this one out? please? pretty please? he admits right here that he will not stop and is obviously not smart enough to use a computer.

Please get rid of the troll, put with the spam. Maybe they can be happy together

The OP has been given a lengthy vacation to think about their conduct here. The next time there's a ban, it will not be temporary. In fact, I'd not be surprised to find an admin who overrides this and makes it permanent. This is not their first time being sent on vacation.

Perhaps I should have told the OP early in the piece, what I have explained to a number of new Members of the last 7 years plus, namely

Just in case of any misapprehension on your part, we are not an official arm nor organ of Linux, just scored the dot org name - we are manned by volunteer staff who share a love of Linux and have varying skills in various departments.

has no valid basis. It is up to the User to let the appropriate agencies know of any issues they have with Linux. That can be expedited with something as simple as a search engine inquiry such as

where complain about linux problem/bug

I was the previous Staffer to give the OP a 3 month "vacation"

All Staff have been extraordinarily patient with this fellow, not the least myself.

It has however come to (perhaps long exceeded) a point in time whereby the Member's behaviour and the wasted human resources of our valued Members/Helpers can not justify the Member continuing to hold Membership here.

I know David @KGIII will support me in this as will @Rob and @JasKinasis and likely a number of you good folk.

Within a few minutes of leaving this thread, I will rescind the "vacation" and ban him permanently.
