Custom keyboard shortcuts

Hey all, I'm running mint 19.2 and brave browser. I was wondering if it was possible to make a keyboard shortcut to open my browser. I close and open my internet a lot and use my second computer screen for monitoring so I keep the toolbar over there also. Just kinda annoying to have to pop way over to the right to launch my browser but I don't want to clutter my main screen with shortcuts and toolbars
