Cron job issue

I am working on a centos7 server. Suddenly all cron job stop working. In /var/log/secure it is giving this error "crond[22311]: pam_succeed_if(crond:account): auth could not identify password for [root or username]"
. Please help me.

Look to see if you have /lib/libgrubd.so to know for sure..
