control keyboard lights on razer keyboard

I have a razer mechanical keyboard, above the set of 4 arrow keys there is a line of 5 lights.
The second from the left, which is marked 1, is lighting up all the time. Usually that happens when numlock is on, or I switched to an alternative keyboard layout, or the caps lock is on.
But now it's on all the time. What to do?

Thanks guys, it's not really a matter of programming my keyboard, it's more a matter of the keyboard getting confused sometimes. A reboot usually will get that led light to behave properly. Just wondering is there is another way to fix it, besides rebooting. This issue crops up randomly.
