Confused about contents of "/run"

I am running Fedora 41 with the Gnome desktop and it appears that everything is working.
I have two folders "~/ScannedData/2024" and "/run/user/1000/doc/7bf1b0c8/2024". I created the first folder and its contents. The second folder suddenly appeared and the contents are the same as the first.
I don't know why I have the second folder. Should I leave it alone or delete it?
