Configure multiple sender email in postfix

Is there a possible way to configure multiple sender email for postfix? For example, I want my clients to receive emails from these addresses:

[email protected]
[email protected].

I am new to configuring postfix that's why Im need help on how to do this. Please consider that I am using Amazon SES as my smtp interface.
