Is there a website that has a complete full list of all the Linux Didtros that are out there & updates when a new Distro is released?

No, but distrowatch pull-down menus come close.
Also, see the Family Tree of distros attached.
Must have tried over 50 different distros myself through the years. Some still exist but at least a third of those tried are no longer active or no longer exist except in one's memory.
They come and go.
