Comfast CF-953AX not scanning 6ghz networks

Issue :

Comfast CF-953AX not scanning 6ghz networks. Installed in ubuntu 22.10.

Observation :

With 22.04, comfast card not detected.
With 22.10, it is detected and scan 2.4 and 5 ssids, but not 6.

Question :

Is there any custom driver to make use in 6ghz, if so steps to accomplish the same.

I won't pretend I know a lot about wifi, but what kernels do you have available to you?

ls /boot

#and

uname -r

My brief reading indicates the 5.19 kernel may have support for it.

Hang in there and allow for the fact we are in many different timezones - I would be surprised if someone does not happen along who can help.

A personal note: When I saw the subject line, I originally thought that "6 Ghz" is a typo. I found out that "6 Ghz" is correct, and I learned something new today. Thanks.
