Chromebook Help

So, I have an Acer Chromebook R 13 and I recently dowloaded Linux. I've tried following countless tutorials to download steam but everytime I try to, I keep getting this message

You are missing the following 32-bit libraries, and Steam may not run: libc.so.6
Please Help.

I just enabled it in the chromebook settings that said Linux(Beta). It installed and gave me a terminal along with a folder that said Linux.
