I want to set up a server with my own computer in my house
My system is very strong.
Currently I have installed centos 8 and Cwp panel. My problem is that I can't set up ip static so that everything can be on that ip and I can share hosting my sites online

I suggest you help me fix the issues and in return I will work all day and give you 200gb memory hosting as a gift

System information

RAM -64GB
SSD M.2 2 TB SAMSUNG 970 PRO + 8TB X3 HARD DİSK =24TB

You need to ask your internet service provider for a static ip because most internet service providers assign dynamic ip addresses to home internet connections. Then you can configure a static lan ip on your server.
Once that is done you will need to configure port forwarding in your router for the needed services/ports to have those ports being forwarded to your server.

No idea, ask your ISP provider about your modem. Normally your ISP assigns a static or dynamic ip to your router/modem. If doesn't have a static ip you have to request your ISP for a static ip. Then you can configure port forwarding for the wanted services to the server on your lan.
