Can't expand ext3 partition

I used a software called DiskGenius on Windows to expand my ext3 persistence. The only thing that does not allow me to do so are these errors. I don't know what to do, help ;-;

As far as I know ext are not supported by windows. Are you sure that DiskGenius support ext format?

I could format a partition in ext3 so yeah
