CANNOT PRINT ON MY LNUX

A few days ago, I installed a printer HP D1660 on my linux mint 15, when I sent document to print ,the printer only print in white, the level of the toner levels is full ,What can I do ?
I was using this link to install my printer .

Can you use any other OS to try the printer?

Did you follow all the steps in the directions?

If you have ink, blank pages are usually a driver issue.
