Can not install package libwrap0-dev on KUbuntu1604

I have a problem with installing missing package on KUbuntu1604.

It was just installed last week.
I need to run the software on this version of ubuntu.
during building from source in cmake. It show up me info
CMake Error at CMake/mitkFunctionCheckPackageHeader.cmake:5 (message):
Could not find tcpd.h provided by libwrap0-dev. Please install the missing
Call Stack (most recent call first):
SuperBuild.cmake:35 (mitkFunctionCheckPackageHeader)
CMakeLists.txt:511 (include)

and I started to install missing packages.

Issue already fixed.
Glad to hear it!..... :3 Yeah, updating Ubuntu to the latest version available usually results in good things..... :3 If it's LTS, which means Long Term Support (suitable for Servers) it's at 18.04, and if it's non-LTS, it's at 19.04 I think..... :)
