I want to install graphics card driver and catalyst control center to control it. I am using Debian 11 Bullseye 64 bit. What installed are :

xserver-xorg-video-amdgpu
X.Org X server -- AMDGPU display driver 19.1.0-2
and inxi -G gives :
Graphics:
Device-1: AMD RV710 [Radeon HD 4350/4550] driver: radeon v: kernel
Display: x11 server: X.Org 1.20.11 driver: loaded: ati,radeon
unloaded: fbdev,modesetting,vesa resolution: 1280x1024~60Hz
OpenGL: renderer: AMD RV710 (DRM 2.50.0 / 5.10.0-8-amd64 LLVM 11.0.1)
v: 3.3 Mesa 20.3.5

So I decided to install my card's driver, I found that there is a Linux x86_64- 64 bit installer(I think it is the same installer for 32 bit version, anyway). I could not find any legacy Catalyst driver for my graphics card. Can anybody help me step by step how can I do this install ? Thanks.

Thanks @forester for reply.
But, is techspot is safe to download ATI software? Please do not understand me wrong, but I am a little bit sceptical about downloading hardware drivers elsewhere from producers' official sites, that is why I asked. I looked to website you send (techspot) and it is written :
Filename:
When I enter this file link to my browser it send me to this page https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/download-incomplete
and it says :
We’re sorry, but we were unable to complete your download.

Thanks @forester for help.
Sorry for late answer, but no progress, since I have a problem with my Debian OS. I changed to another Linux to see whether the problem is hardware related, but not. I do not know, is there any virus or something like that, something eats my CPU and freezes too frequently which does not occurs in other Linux OS's or before in my Debian OS.

I used system profiler tool and I found that my system writes page files too frequently to squash file system but why, I do not know! It did not behave like that before. So, I am using another Linux/OS now temporarily. So my question is suspended. I had to solve CPU problem first.
