Button for Getting New Wallpapers Plugins not Appearing on Configure Desktop on KDE Plasma

I know this might be a dumb Question,but I saw lots of other people have a get new Addon/Plugin button on Configure Desktop.A button is not appearing there for me.Why is that?

if you click Configure Desktop, you should get the wallpaper settings window, on the bottom right should be Get New Wallpaper. Addon/Plugin sounds more like Firefox. What do you see when you click Configure Desktop?

I see Get New Wallpapers.I thought Plugins button should be right next to the Image Type

Different distros sometimes remove or move certain items in KDE. Which distro do you use?
