bonding on a machine

Hello, I try to do bonding on a machine, it prompts me to create it, but at startup it appears:
"check the configuration to verify that all adapters are connected to 802.3ad compliant" and I can't do anything to correct that.

some help?

If it's a newer distro using NetworkManager the instructions are different.

Do you have a managed router with LACP (Link aggregation) enabled?
