Bluetooth doesn't work “plug in a dongle”

Ubuntu 20.04 TLS

In settings I can't switch on Bluetooth:

No Bluetooth Found
Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth

For previous win10 Bluetooth worked.
Reboot system doesn't work.

I tried

systemctl start bluetooth.service
systemctl enable bluetooth.service

same result

Thanks a lot, it works! But auto load rtbth module doesn't work: after reboot I must again run

sudo modprobe rtbth
