Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth

lspci -knn | grep Net -A3; lsusb

For previous win10 Bluetooth worked.
Reboot system doesn't work.

I tried
Code:
systemctl start bluetooth.service
systemctl enable bluetooth.service
same result
