Bluetooth doesn't work “plug in a dongle”

Ubuntu 20.04 TLS

In settings I can't switch on Bluetooth:

No Bluetooth Found
Plug in a dongle to use Bluetooth

For previous win10 Bluetooth worked.
Reboot system doesn't work.

I tried
